The Greek poultry company Ambrosiadis Chickens is demonstrating strong growth, with total turnover approaching €230 million this year and an ambitious investment program of €105 million through 2032. The company is strengthening its position in the chicken sector and setting robust targets for the future.
Ambrosiadis Olympus Chickens, headquartered in Pieria and with a history spanning more than 60 years, reports a significant increase in turnover in 2025. According to available data, the company’s revenue is soaring to €230 million, strengthening its position in the Greek poultry market.
€105 Million Investments Through 2032 – New Infrastructure and Technology
The company’s investment plan provides for total investments of €105 million for the period 2020–2032. Of this amount, €30 million has already been invested during 2020–2025, while €75 million will be allocated to the next phase (2026–2032), with a strong focus on new production and technological infrastructure. The strategic growth plan includes both the strengthening of existing facilities and the implementation of new, state-of-the-art production units.
The company has also been included in the Recovery Fund program under the sub-project “Innovation and Green Transition in the Processing of Agricultural Products.” The eligible budget of the program amounted to €12.2 million, however the company carried out investments totaling €14.2 million, exceeding the initial budget.
In addition, during the period 2020–2023, an investment program of €7 million was completed through the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, while significant own funds were used for the construction of new poultry farming units with a capacity of 1 million birds per production cycle.
