Poultry farms

The poultry farms of Ambrosiadis Olympus Chickens S.A. form the backbone of the production of Olympus Chickens. They feature modern facilities with automated feeding, ventilation, and temperature control systems, ensuring ideal living conditions for the birds.

Each farm operates according to strict animal welfare and biosecurity standards, under the continuous supervision of specialized veterinarians and technicians. With respect for nature and a focus on quality, our farms produce healthy, Greek chickens with the care and consistency that define Ambrosiadis S.A.

Our headquarters

Ambrosiadis’ headquarters in Katerini is the heart of the production process.

Equipped with modern machinery and certified to ISO 22000 and other international standards, it ensures that chicken processing is carried out under the strictest safety and hygiene specifications. At the same time, the facility operates a biological treatment plant and by-product management systems, contributing to sustainable and responsible production.

Feed Mill

Ambrosiadis operates its own feed mill, ensuring full control over the nutrition of its chickens.

Using strictly selected raw materials, feed production is carried out with modern machinery and quality control systems. This ensures that every chicken is fed with natural and balanced ingredients, contributing to the nutritional value and unique taste of Olympus Chickens.

Hatchery

Advanced Hatching Technology

Ambrosiadis’ hatchery is equipped with state-of-the-art incubation machines operating with automated temperature and humidity control. This ensures stable conditions throughout the entire process. By using cutting-edge technology, high hatch rates and excellent chick quality are achieved.
