Ambrosiadis Olympus Chicken at the Annual Symposium of Culinary Professionals Greece
Ambrosiadis Olympus Chicken had the honor of participating in the established Annual Symposium of Culinary Professionals Greece, a high-profile institution that brings together more than 500 professionals each year from across the gastronomy and agri-food sectors.
The Symposium was attended by members of the association, strategic partners, renowned chefs, food industry experts, winemakers, bartenders, executives from food companies, representatives of hotel units and food service businesses, import and export companies of food products and equipment, as well as members of the Hellenic Parliament and local government authorities.
The primary objective of the event was the presentation of the association’s annual activities, the exchange of views and experiences among professionals, and the promotion of Authentic Greek Macedonian Cuisine, through traditional and contemporary recipes and high-quality local products.
As part of the event, the main course served to attendees was prepared using Ambrosiadis chicken, clearly demonstrating our commitment to products of high quality, safety, and exceptional taste, fully meeting the demands of the modern professional kitchen.
